🇷🇺 Putin poised to sign a decree that would spell the death of the Minsk agreements. On Monday, Russian President Vladimir Putin followed the majority opinion of the Russian Security Council and dropped a small bombshell: he signed a decree recognising the independence of the two pro-Russian separatist territories, the people's republics of Lugansk and Donetsk. It's a blow for Berlin and Paris.
